Martens Volkswagen Service Center, Bethesda, Md.

The Martens project included the complete demolition of the interior and exterior of an existing structure leaving only two structural walls in place. The new 15,000 sf. facility includes a service showroom with customer and employee lounges, administrative offices, a parts department and 15 bay service shops. The project also included the installation of structural footings for a car stacker system, retaining walls, site utilities, and paving.
