This 8,000 sf fast track office space was completely renovated while occupied. Every office and conference room was renovated with new partitions, ceilings, wall and floor finishes. In addition a high-tech communications center was constructed requiring close coordination with outside vendors. A new kitchen facility was also constructed to allow for large catered functions requiring coordination of new kitchen equipment.
