Life Underwriting Training Council, Bethesda, Md.

This three story 12,000 sf interior building was completely demolished to allow for new mechanical, electrical and sprinkler systems to be installed. The interior consisted of plaster archways and domes, high-end custom millwork and custom lighting. In addition two new exterior stair towers were constructed, windows and entrance doors replaced. This project was nominated and won best renovation project under 15,000 sf by NIOPA in 1976.
