This 7,500 sf. project consisted of the renovation to the existing Saab car sales showroom and surrounding administrative offices. The work included demolition of existing walls, ceilings, and floors including two structural bearing walls replaced with structural steel beams and columns. The exterior of the building was renovated to incorporate the new Saab "prototype" façade.
