This 11,000 sf existing restaurant was partially demolished and new interior finishes installed. The existing kitchen facility was renovated in order to expand its operations. Both new and used equipment was installed requiring upgrades and compliance of the existing equipment. The existing bar was also renovated doubling its size, while matching its current design. All existing mechanical and electrical systems were refurbished also bring them up to both code and building standards.
