Chevy Chase Land Company Headquarters, Chevy Chase, Md.

This project was a complete build-out of 11,000 SF of raw space into executive offices and conference center for a real estate development company. High-end finishes include patterned and color-laminated glass, custom aluminum plate doors and framing, Italian sandstone flooring, architectural lighting, and custom furniture. The project scope also included complete HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical systems for the floor. The architects, HOK, have submitted the project to several award competitions.
